Cold - Same

Cold are a new dark pop punk band from Osnabrück. The band was formed in 2018 and has so far released an EP on their own. The now available debut album was recorded in the 'Mühle der Freundsachaft' in Bad Iburg. The owner and producer is Martin Schmeing. The 10 songs of the album were recorded live and in only one day. It was mixed and mastered by Markus Korte, the band's drummer. The album contains 10 tracks and although the songs of the record all have a rather dark basic mood, the pieces always remain catchy and at no point it becomes cheesy. In addition, most of the songs are quite short and the tempo is usually kept high. Here you can hear and feel the punk background and the deep connection of the band with the DIY culture. The LP version comes with 180 gram vinyl, heavy 350 gram cover cardboard, which was additionally refined with UV gloss varnish. A download code and an inlay card are included on top. In short, an independent and gripping debut album in high quality equipment.
