Shipping & Delivery with DHL / Deutsche Post

We ship all orders reliably with DHL or Deutsche Post AG.

• Flat rate: €5.99 per order

• Free shipping within Germany for orders over €90
  (concert tickets and gift vouchers excluded)

Important note on delivery:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and someone can accept the delivery.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-acceptance, we unfortunately must charge a return fee of €5.00.
If you wish to have the order shipped again, the shipping costs will apply again.

Shipping Costs:

• Prices are calculated per started kilogram.

• Shipping costs starting from €15.50.

Important Information Regarding Address Details

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is complete and accurate.
In case of an address error or incomplete address:

• Reshipping:
  If the parcel needs to be resent, we will charge the original shipping fee again in full.

• Return:
  If the parcel is returned to us, we will charge double the original shipping costs (original shipping fee × 2).

Reshipping will only take place after receipt of payment for the additional shipping costs.
We do not accept any liability for delivery delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Important Notice on Delivery Delays

For international shipments, delays may occur, particularly due to:

• Customs clearance

• Government inspections

• Unforeseeable circumstances

Please note that these factors may significantly extend the delivery time.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we have no influence over such delays.

Shipping costs for international orders can be easily viewed in your cart during checkout. They vary depending on the carrier, package size, weight, and destination country.

We ship with DHL International Premium Service (with tracking and insurance) for a safer delivery.

IN-STORE PICKUP AT CORETEX STORE

You can also order online and pick up your order directly at our store:
Oranienstrasse 3, 10997 Berlin – and save on shipping costs.

If you pay for your order online, we will reserve the item for you until pickup.

If you choose to pay upon pickup, we will hold the item for 3 days from the order date.
After that, the item will be released back for sale.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it (sufficiently prepaid) to:

We will refund the purchase price to your customer account or bank account within 14 days.
Please include your bank details in the return package if you wish a direct transfer.

If your return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the flat shipping cost will be deducted retroactively.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like to replace an item, please return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item, e.g. in a different size or color.

Shipping costs can only be calculated once items are added to the shopping cart.
