Competition - Conditions of participation
Coretex Records GmbH, Oranienstr. 3, 10997 Berlin, hereinafter referred to as Coretex Records, is giving away the items named on the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/coretexrecords. By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and the responsibility for the content.

2. How can I win?
Participation in the competition takes place at the URL: (https://www.instagram.com/coretexrecords/). The prize presented daily will be raffled among all participants. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions stated in the Instagram post. Postal deliveries will not be taken into account in the draw.
3. Over what period does the campaign take place?

4. Who can take part?
Participation is free and without obligation for the participant. Underage persons and other persons with restricted legal capacity require the consent of their legal representative. Failure to agree will result in exclusion from the competition. Coretex Records Handels GmbH is entitled to exclude the relevant person from the competition if incorrect information is given or if the participant has entered multiple times.
5. Who will be excluded from participation?
Coretex Records is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Excluded from participation are employees of Coretex Records Handels GmbH as well as employees of cooperation partners who are involved in the processing or creation of the competition. The judges' decision is final.
6. How are the winners determined?
The winners of Coretex Records will be determined from all participants in an independent lottery procedure.
7. How do I find out if I have won?
The winnings are notified by notifying the Instagram user of the winnings via a private message. The winner then sends his address to Coretex Records as a private message via the corresponding function on the Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/coretexrecords or by e-mail to info@coretex.de.
8. How do I get my winnings?
With the notification of the prize, the winner is requested to provide Coretex Records with the contact details provided for sending or handing over the prize.
The participant is responsible for the correctness of the given contact details.
9. What happens if I do not register after receiving notification of the prize?
If a winner does not contact Coretex Records within 2 days of being notified of the prize, the prize will be forfeited. In this case, a new winner will be drawn from the group of eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides Coretex Records with incorrect contact details and the sending or handover of the prize is therefore not possible.
10. Manipulation
Any kind of manipulation of the respective competition is prohibited. These include the use of automated profit systems and other technical procedures for manipulation.
11. Reservation Clause
Coretex Records reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. Coretex Records only makes use of this option if, for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and / or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed can be. Cash payments or exchanges of prizes are not possible. Claims to prizes cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should any of these provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms of use remains unaffected. These terms of use can be changed by Coretex Records at any time without separate notification.

This competition is organized by Coretex Records GmbH, Oranienstr. 3, 10997 Berlin (organizer). It is not affiliated with Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Information is sent to Coretex Records GmbH, not Instagram.
