Kozmodrum - gravity
Description
Gravity was composed and produced by Janko Novoselic during 2015 and 2016 in a home studio in Zagreb. This marks the second phase of the music for Kozmodrum, oriented towards a more electronic and adventurous approach. The album draws direct inspiration from artists that used the studio as a composing tool like the Beatles, Radiohead and Chemical Brothers as well as the other side of the spectrum where Brian Eno, Jon Hopkins and Vangelis reside. The album is a continuation of Janko Novoselic solo albums Krakow (2013) and Fantazija (2014), and obviously a continuation of the first Kozmodrum album Na Tragu Satelita (Zona Muzika, 2016). As a support to the album there are three singles taken from the album: a downtempo track Otok Potok, one vocal track featuring the singer Infinite Mario called Whisper, and third one called Forever. There is one standalone track as well; a live video of the band performing a live studio version of deadmau5 hit Strobe, reworking it in a Footwork/Juke kind of beat.
