We will ship by DHL.
The shipping costs within Germany are from 5,99 EUR. From a delivery of 75.00 EUR, excluding concert tickets and gift cards, shipping within Germany is free of charge.
Please pay attention to the correct delivery address and your availability. If this returns to us for one of the reasons explained, we will unfortunately charge you 10,00 € postage for the delivery and for the return costs.

The freight costs abroad can be easily shown during your order in the shopping cart. They vary depending on the transporter, as well as their size and weight, from country to country.

PERSONAL PICK UP AT CORETEX STORE
You also have the option to order online and then pick up directly at our store at Oranienstrasse 3 in 10997 Berlin, Germany. This saves freight costs.
If you pay your order immediately online, we will reserve the item for you to pick up.
If you want to pay the item by pick up, we reserve these items 3 days from order date for you.
If no pick up has been made by then, we will automatically return the item to the sale.

The purchase price will be sent to your bank account within 14 days. Please provide your transfer information to the package.
If, by returning single or all items of an order, the shipping costs are not exceeded, the customer will be charged the respective postage surcharge.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition. Therefore, please pay attention to the correct packaging of the return.
Worn, washed, crumpled or damaged goods are not credited.
EXCHANGE
We do not offer direct exchange of ordered items. If you do not wish to keep an item, please return it to us in accordance with our return conditions and simply place a new order to receive your selected item, e.g. in a different size or color.
