In 2004, Green Day released their seventh studio album American Idiot. Produced by Rob Cavallo, American Idiot was a concept album that became one of Green Day's most highly acclaimed and commercially successful albums, topping the charts in several countries, including the US, UK, Canada and Australia. The album also includes the singles American Idiot, Jesus of Suburbia, Holiday, Wake Me Up When September Ends and Boulevard of Broken Dreams, which won the 2006 Grammy Award for Best Record of the Year.
On 25 October, Warner Records will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the album with the release of American Idiot (20th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) in various formats: 4CD/2Blu-Ray Box; 8LP Colour Vinyl/ 2 Blu-Ray Box and a 2LP Red & Black Vinyl.
