Sweden has been a guarantor for bone-dry crustcore of the old school brand DISCHARGE for a long time. One of the pioneer bands from the land of the elks are Disfear, where the name is already a program.
After "A Brutal Sight Of War", the first EP, Disfear disbanded in 1993. At the end of 1994 the band got together again, with Jallo Lehto (Totalitär, Dischange, Meanwhile,...) as new drummer. Compared to the later albums
"Misanthropic Generation" or "Live The Storm", there's still the "blunt" d-beat on "Soul Scars"!
Finally the album, which hasn't been available for years, has been re-released! The re-release was long overdue! With "Soul Scars" Disfear delivered an absolute classic in 1995!
