In 1991, 4 kids from a Chicago suburb formed one of the most influential rock bands of the last 30 years, Cap'n Jazz. Their only album with the long title beginning with “Burritos,...” (often referred to as “Shmap'n Shmazz”) quickly sold out in 1995, but served as a catalyst for the formation of other notable bands featuring the original members, including American Football, Joan of Arc, The Promise Ring, Owls, Owen, Make Believe and Ghosts And Vodka. According to Vulture, the key track “Little League” is one of the top 3 best emo songs of all time. Now, for the first time, an LP reissue, remastered from the original tapes, is being released on white vinyl with a DL code.
