Bracket - Like You Know

"New" album by the Californian punk rockers BRACKET on SBÄM! "Like You Know" appears for the first time on CD and colored vinyl on SBÄM RECORDS. The band was formed by four high school friends in the early 90s. After the first three albums were still released by CAROLINE RECORDS, she switched to FAT WRECK CHORDS, the label of NOFX front man Fat Mike. To this day, BRACKET have released three studio albums and one live album as part of the legendary LIVE IN A DIVE series. "Like You Know" was recorded in 1996 and should actually be the first release for FAT WRECK, which was then rejected by the label. The reason: "Like You Know" only had something to do with the well-known BRACKET trademark sound, it was a lot more experimental and even contained folk and country elements. So the already finished album was packed into the treasure chest and so far only taken out to be available for download on the band's Bandcamp account; instead, "Novelty Forever" started out on the NOFX label in 1997. The album will be physically released for the first time in 2021, as will the B-side Best of "Best Of Würst" (2020) again on SBÄM RECORDS.
