You can hear and feel immediately that this band's first album was by no means created by beginners. No doubt, punk rock veterans are doing the honours here. Songwriting, performance, recording, artwork - all self-made and all characterised by the firm will for energy, for emotion, for bang. Always catchy, always catchy. Certainly comparisons could be made to punk rock giants like Rancid, Dillinger Four or Hot Water Music. But this is not necessary, because what takes place here is nothing less than the ideal mixture of hardness and melody. A collection of instant classics.
