Battra// - 2014-2017

I've seen the two guys maybe 3 or 4 times, twice on an East Germany tour with Pisse (I think Zittau and Chemnitz) - where there was something wrong with the little guy's leg, at a show with an unannounced noise protection report (the shop no longer exists) and maybe somewhere else - maybe forgotten, maybe a case for Phantasialand. After every concert experience, I've always been certain that these are the only true underground kings from Halle, because they can really do anything between hard and mild.



For my simple mind, sometimes even a song like "Kräftemethen" is enough to pick me up.



Tracklist:



24 more or less short but intense songs with lots of speech samples and many verbal statements, which sometimes come across as bold, sometimes deeper, but always oscillate between the edge of good taste and one step further. Absolutely recommended to buy!
