No Restraints - Stand Your Ground
Description
After the split EP's (among others with Spider Crew or the great Day Drinker) the first ablum of the Italian Streetcore / Oi specialists is released! Pushing hardness, snotty middle finger attitude and a perfect mix of rough'n tough Oi shouters, fat guitars and whipping drums with a bit of oldschool NYHC borrowings, many set pieces of classic UK streetpunk....but always with fat chorals and bombastic choruses offset "Stand your Ground" has become a really great debut album.
Be it the grandiose opener "No Restraints", or "the flame still burns" or the United anthem "Streetcore Worldwide" (which Agnsotic Front could have written as well), the Italians have done their home editions, sing exclusively in English and don't give a shit about sensitivities in their lyrics. "Back to the Wall" and "They will never get us" is not a put on attitude, this is "the real deal"! Great Bootboys record with a range that should appeal to fans of Lion's LAw, Last Resort to Hatebreed or A.F.
