Soundwise perfectly renovated re-release of the Munich punk rockers' second album (2016) on the occasion of their farewell tour - LP limited to 500 copies in random colored vinyl with printed inlay on Gunner. The quintet around singer Lea spontaneously inspired the scene with their debut “Zeit Zu Pöbeln” (2012); all the relevant punk rock media were in agreement and celebrated the mix of high-speed energy punk rock with a melodic edge and raw lead vocals in unison. The band with the ingeniously concise name then took their time, but with “Hunger Der Hyänen” they simply continued where they left off: twelve new songs with no failures, no weak phases and no time to catch their breath. Powerful, straightforward three-minute songs that throw around catchy choruses, hooks and polyphonic vocals, playful and concise guitar melodies as if it were nothing. However, it is also noticeable that, in addition to classic, catchy hits, there is something more thoughtful and experimental. In “Früher War Da Doch Mal Hass”, Fossi (Kaput Krauts) can be heard as a guest singer, in the impressive and oppressive “Worte Wie Feuer”, an emphatic and gloomy statement on the state of the nation is hammered out.
