MARCHING ORDERS formed in Melbourne, Australia, in 2002 and were active for about 10 years, including numerous shows across Australia, a tour of Europe, as well as the USA. After a hiatus for nearly a decade, the band planned a one-off, 20-year anniversary show in their hometown of Melbourne in early 2023, and based on the success of that, a European tour was booked for October of 2023.
To coincide with the reunion show in Melbourne, a complete collection of all their previous singles, EPs, and compilation songs was released as a double LP in gatefold packaging. Based on the success of that release, their classic debut LP, Days Gone By, is now being re-issued to coincide with the European tour, on limited edition white vinyl.
