Description
Hide your underwear, the BAD SPORTS release their 3rd album entitled "Bras" on ALIEN SNATCH! Their fan club carry them on hands till Alaska for their blitzkrieg RAMONES rhythm section and DICTATORS pop simplicity.
They had two previous albums on like minded record labels as DIRTNAP and DOUCHEMASTER and we celebrate their first release in Europe. Bras is a blast of absolutely timeless hits with an Australian urge, think LIPSTICK KILLERS or SUNNYBOYS and take some TESTORS songwriting brilliancy. Stripped down early punk without over the top guitars or any modern effects - recorded by Mark Ryan/Jeff Burke.
First time we met was on a secret party in Austin four years ago. They just won a touring van including new gear this afternoon in an odd band lottery and decided to make this night to the best equipped living room tear down party ever. Hands down, they ruled the world of the young' uns. The KIDNAPPERS left their plane coming back for this. Folks hanging on every wall and ceiling like spiders!
The three fellows play in a dozen of bands so trying to write an biography of these rocknroll machines would fill your moleskine right here already. Speaking of 2013 - they just finished their first BAD SPORTS European Tour together with NOBUNNY (whose backing members they are). Let´s bring'em back for more.
