Ordering made easy
With many years of experience in mailorder we have decided to put a short guide together for you to make your ordering as simple as possible
When ordering please be aware of the following.
The best way to order is by telephone. We speak German or English on the telephone. You can call our hotline ++49-(0)30-61280051 Monday-Friday between 11.00 and 18.00 CET. That way we can confirm if the items you want to order are in stock. We can also advise on how to pay, shipping information, further questions etc. Orders can also be faced to ++49-(0)30-61280052.
Telephone orders can not be paid by credit card.
We can let you know when sold out items are likely to be restocked, or what alternative designs and sizes are currently available.
The second option is to use our brand new webstore www.coretexrecords.com. The webstore features our complete listing of merchandise, music and all kinds of goodies. The availability of items in the shop is 90%.
When ordering or if you have any enquiries please leave us your email address or phone number. If there are any problems with your order we can get back to you quickly to tell you what the problem is.
You are always welcome to send orders the old school way, by post! If you choose this method, please include an email address or phone number so we can contact you if we need to.
Sizes and designs:
Our shirts are usually available in sizes S, M, L and XL. If you need a different size get in touch and let us know what you want and we will try and fulfil your needs
Different makes and countries of origin mean that shirt sizes can vary quite a lot. For detailed information give us a call or send us a mail.
The pictures in our online shop are normally taken when we get a delivery of a new shirt design. Following deliveries can lead to a slight variation in colour, brand or design of the shirt. This only happens rarely.
Some items I ordered werent delivered! What happens next?
Items not delivered will not be automatically sent out later or placed on back order. In order to receive these items you need to reorder.
Returns and credit notes.
If an item you have ordered doesnt fit or you dont like it for any reason, you can return it to us – UNWORN and UNWASHED and with enough return postage. Please get in touch with us before returning any item!
You will then have a credit for the value of the returned item, for example a different size or design. If you have arranged with us to exchange the item for something else, please make sure you include enough postage for us to send you the new item.
If we have agreed to refund you the value of the item, please enclose your bank details with the return or send your details to us by email so we can refund you.
In all other cases, you will be issued with a credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used on future orders.
Please pay attention to the following when ordering music:
Please check the parcel for damage when you receive the shipment. If the parcel appears damaged in any way, please inform the shipping company. Orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition!
We can no longer claim for refund on damaged items, once you have signed and received the parcel from the shipping company!
Reduced and sale items or special offers are non returnable. Some items have spent a long time in our warehouse and therefore dust or scratches on jewelcases can happen.
We receive goods from companies and labels from all over the world. It is therefore possible that in particular vinyl releases will have slight damage such as bent corners or cracked spines. This doesnt happen very often, but unfortunately can happen. Seeing as vinyl items are often strictly limited and dont always get repressed, we cannot accept returns for vinyl records.
